Description of role:

We are managing our most popular brands Cheech & Chong, Krave and Medibisrx in our manufacturing Type-7 license. If you are interested in a fast paced growing environment with background & connections in the Cannabis Industry across California then we want to hear from you!

We are seeking an experienced individual to assist us to create sales and address customer needs within the state of CA. The Regional Sales Manager responsibilities include selling initially to Dispensaries and Mobile Delivery providers while developing a team of sales reps to do the same. To be successful in this role, you should possess an existing book of business throughout the Northern and Southern portions of CA, have excellent communication abilities and be highly motivated to meet sales goals.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday and occasional weekends.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish new sales model, territories, team, accounts and service existing relationships, manage promotional activities and events, educate buyers within the assigned territory.
  • Repetitive communication, verbal/electronic, with existing clientele base and identify new business clientele.
  • Report on individual and territorial sales results for both product sales and Toll Processing sales (weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually).
  • Present our products and services to prospective customers.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend product solutions.
  • Work closely with sales team and other internal teams to meet individual and group sales quotas.
  • Cross-sell products, Up-sell products when appropriate

Requirements:

  • Cannabis Managerial Sales: 2+ year (Required)
  • Cannabis Sales: 3+ years (Required)
  • Sales: 3+ years (Required)
  • Reliable transportation is required.
  • Microsoft 365 proficient, Metrc proficient
  • Excellent verbal and electronic communication skills.
  • A desire to meet and exceed sales quotas.
  • Must be able to follow instructions.
  • Must be goal and detail-oriented.
  • Must be able to manage others.
  • Must possess the ability and desire to grow personal and sales team books of business.
  • Positive attitude and ready to contribute.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
